The term encapsulates the unconscious, psychological factors that influence the direction of a team’s behaviour and performance. Webbtheories, where we focused on a leader and followers, in this chapter, the leadership function can be exercised by the leader in charge of the team, shared by members of the team, or both (Daft, 2011).
