My spidey sense is telling me that SmartFares is a booking site to avoid. cost of changing flights: $100 to $200 USD SmartFares service fee + airline change fee + the increase in airfare price. Reason I ask if it's too good to be true is the flyus.com price seems to be nearly 1/2 of any other offer I can find elsewhere (flights.google.com, direct booking thru british airways etc.)
