WebI, being new and eager, stormed into Valdeholm and killed one or two mobs that I shouldn't have. Wraithguard faction dropped down to Threateningly (from the starting spot of Dubious). It seems like all the quests I can find require Dubious at minimum (quests which are used to progress your faction and eventually be able to access Frostcrypt?).
