WebGet really close. Then press RS for the takedown and don't hit any other buttons or much look at anything except for waiting for the chain prompt. The chain prompt will flash up, having you move LS toward the second takedown. Just move it and give no other input (unlike pistol or melee throw, there is no second input). Then wait for the animation.
