WebIt will cast on the mouseover target, or your selected target, or yourself if neither of the other conditions apply. Regarding Clique- I've heard that it has the potential to have a slight lag and I enjoy the Blizz frames I have set up, so I personally prefer the macros instead.
WebUse skull / x and such. The dps if they're going to aoe shouldn't aoe on pull. If you want to do a countdown you'll need an addon or have to make a key press for each countdown second.
