WebJan 16, 2024 · Trying to set up my Charge 4. I get the smiley face, then the logo, then a code, then a white circle with a white x in it, then back to the logo on the device. The app is walking me thru all the steps and when I get to the picking of the wrist (I chose left) an error message of 'device does not support this setting" shows up. What am I doing wrong?
